Paid for by Baldwin for Wisconsin, a joint fundraising committee authorized by the Tammy Baldwin for Senate, People’s Voice PAC, and the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.
Contributions or gifts to Baldwin for Wisconsin are not tax deductible. The first $14,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be evenly split between Tammy Baldwin for Senate and the Democratic Party of Wisconsin. The next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to Tammy Baldwin for Senate. Of the funds allocated to Tammy Baldwin for Senate the first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election.
The next $3,000 of each contribution from a person will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.
The final $5,000 of each contribution from a person and the final $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to People’s Voice PAC.
A contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant by sending an email to info@tammybaldwin.com. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
