Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows: All contributions will be split evenly between Adam Gray for Congress, Derek Tran for Congress, CA-22 2026 Democratic Nominee Fund, CA-48 2026 Democratic Nominee Fund, and Blue Wave California’s Contribution Account. The maximum contribution from an individual is $26,000. The maximum contribution from a multicandidate committee is $35,000. Corporate or otherwise federally impermissible funds will be deposited into Blue Wave California’s Non-Contribution (Carey) Account and will not be used to make federal contributions. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant. Paid for by Blue Wave California Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee authorized by Adam Gray for Congress, Derek Tran for Congress, CA-22 2026 Democratic Nominee Fund, CA-48 2026 Democratic Nominee Fund, and Blue Wave California.
