Contributions by individuals, associations, PACs, unions, and partnerships are limited to $50,000 for the Primary Election and $50,000 for the General Election. All LLC contributions, and partnership contributions exceeding $2,500.00, must be apportioned by each owner’s or partner’s interest. Total aggregate giving from corporations and LLCs to all New York State candidates is limited to $5,000.00 per calendar year. Contributions to a judicial candidate totaling $2,500 (individual or attorney) or $3,500 (group of attorneys and their client) may require case reassignment for two years.
