Earthjustice Action Montana Incidental Committee

Protect Montana’s Courts, Constitution, and Environment

Support our electoral program in Montana by contributing to the movement that defends the integrity of our courts and elects leaders who champion the rule of law, prioritize their communities, and safeguard our fundamental rights.

Earthjustice Action Montana Incidental Committee is committed to mobilizing voters and supporting efforts that shape how Montana’s laws are interpreted and enforced. Our work connects what happens at the ballot box to what happens in people’s lives, including whether environmental and public health protections are upheld and whether communities can rely on the courts as a meaningful backstop when those protections are threatened.

This year, our focus is on strengthening judicial independence and protecting the nonpartisan nature of Montana’s judicial elections. We’re focused on uniting people around essential issues like clean air, safe water, and ensuring everyone has access to the courts—core environmental and civil rights we all share, regardless of party.

Contribute today to help protect Montana’s communities, environment, and democratic institutions.

If you’d like to contribute via check or wire, please contact our staff at info@earthjusticeaction.org.
