He has focused his time on rooting out the problems in Jackson County, creating solutions that protect taxpayers while focusing on getting dollars back in the hands of those that need them most. Whether leading the fight to end the Frank White tax increases or getting $35 Million dollars out to nonprofits across Jackson County, Manny has been at the center of every important decision these last four years.
