My name is Kim Poteet, and it has been the greatest honor of my life to serve as your Clerk of Superior Court here in Jackson County.

I don’t take this responsibility lightly. The Clerk’s office is where real life meets the law. It’s where our friends, our neighbors and our families come during some of the most important and often most difficult moments of their lives. I believe in equal access to justice, transparency, and public service that always puts people first. If you are able, I would be grateful for your support in helping us continue this work by making a contribution to this campaign.
