Can she win? Yes!! This seat was the second most competitive race in 2024, and the Democrat lost by only a few votes. We think Amy is the right candidate at the right time in a 50/50 district that has proven it favors female candidates.

Amy’s opponent supports sending taxpayer dollars to religious schools, cutting childcare vouchers for low income parents, and anti-trans bills. He out-raised and out-spent the Democrat candidate in 2024 by more than 3 to 1 receiving most of his funding from big business lobbyists and utility company PACs.

Amy is a native Hoosier whose heart and career are in public service. She’s stood up to bullies as a Felony Domestic Violence Prosecutor, expanded young minds as a 7th grade world history teacher, and navigated shrinking budgets as a 2-time elected School Board member in her rural community.
