Invest in HD 28 — Housing Is Our Kuleana
The Honolulu that raised me, Noelani Elementary, the Honolulu Boy Choir, fishing with family, is the Honolulu I want our children to inherit. I built careers in politics and television on the continent, but never lost my roots. When COVID hit, I got the chance to come home for good. In 2023, my wife Julia and I invested our life savings into a home in HD28 because we believe in Honolulu's future. I'm running to fix failing sewers blocking affordable housing. To protect renters with just-cause evictions and limits on rent hikes. To give condo families tax relief on HOA costs. To restore Sand Island and Mauliola for families who actually live here. This is our neighborhood. This is our fight. Housing is our kuleana.
